Forget me not
forget me not is one of my favourite flowers. i love flowers that are the generic flower drawing shape and i love all the little details it has. the colour of it is so pretty as well. the light blue-y purple-y colour is sooo pretty. blue and purple flowers are my favourite kinds of flowers they just look so awesome mixed with the green. i also really love the little yellow center it has it really gives it such a pretty contrast. it is also a wildflower and i love all wildflowers.
Daisy
my favourite ever flower!! i love daisies so much they are my absolute favourite. the image i have here is one of the bigger daisies maybe like an oxeye or something but my favourites are smaller wilder ones. i dont really understand the different types of daisies other than their leaves because it seems like any of them can be in different sizes. obviously i also know the difference between the coloured ones but i mean the white ones.
Bellflower
bellflower is a flower i found out about recently but i absolutely love it. it is soo beautiful and i love the purple colour it comes in. its shape is so gorgeous especially when you look at it straight on. it makes me think of those little puffy stars you can make out of paper or those baby yogurt puffs i just love them so much. i also freaking love when flowers are named after their shapes like the latin name for this means "little bells" thats so cute man.
Lily of the valley
the trint flower! also the maikel and me flower when you think about the blue ones. but these are so freaking cute i love lily of the valley flowers they feel very unreal and from like a fairy world. if i was a fairy i would be using these flowers as little cups or little lights or something adorable. i picked a bunch of these from my backyard the other day and im hoping they dry nicely so i can preserve them forever.
Phlox
i also recently found out about this flower. before i only knew about creeping phlox which freaks me out so badly omg. it makes me think of chernobyl and its just really freaky to me i really dont like the idea of it sneaking up on me like that. im also pretty sure its technically a moss and moss really scares me idk. anyways this type of phlox is really cute this and the type that bundles sort of like a geranium. those ones are fine i bought some of it for the backyard the other day.
Daylily
i fucking hate this picture i need to change it immediately but yeah daylillies. they're really cute i actually really like them a lot. there are a BUNCH of orange ones in my backyard my grandma kind of hates them but i think they're pretty. i really like the way they differ from regular lillies in that their leaves are a sort of tall grass like bush almost. i think it looks really nice with the flowers peeking out over it.
Pelargonium
MOSQUITOS GET BACK!!! i put this in the garden so none of you get bitten by mosquitos. this flower smells like citrus almost on its leaves and stems which mosquitos really freaking dont like so a lot of people get it to keep on their decks so they can sit outside in peace. we have some on our table out back but we also have a citronella candle so that we have double anti-mosquito defense. this flower mostly has its rep for its mosquito repellant but can we just talk abt how freaking pretty it is?? i think its such a cute flower like the dual colours?? its SO good i love it. it's also technically a mini geranium which i dont LOVE geraniums but i really really like this flower i think its adorable.
Lobelia
amother one of my favourite flowers ever. lobelia is so nice to put into pots so that it can hang over the edge. i think it makes the pots look so much more natural and a lot prettier. its also bluee!!! i love blue flowers so much you dont understand like its adorable. these flowers are a really pretty blue-y purple-y flower again almost perriwinkle sometimes i think its such a beautiful colour. i always get blue and white lobelia to plant in pots because i think its such a gorgeous flower and the way its leaves/vines wave and dangle is so pretty to me.
Vinca
vinca is such a pretty flower its unreal to me. it makes me think of barbies thumbelina the flowers the twillerbies get born out of and the ones thumbelina puts in her hair. those flowers were so freaking pretty i loved that movie so much. it was like her wings too these flowers just give off the vibes of her wings she made. they come in such pretty colours and i love the gradients it makes with its petals. i really like the pink ones a lot because of the colour variations but they also come in purple which i love as well. vinca is technically a type of perriwinkle as well which i think is really freaking cool.
Bacopa
i actually really dont know much about this flower. my mom bought it for the garden the other day for me because she thought i'd like it and i really do. the white ones make me think of strawberry blossoms which i think are sooo pretty. there's also this really pretty dusty pink and a really cute purple (my love) which are sooo pretty. these flowers also hang a lot like lobelia does which makes me love it. i really do like flowers that hang like vines i think they're really pretty.
Windflower
animal crossing scammed me. i think these are the coolest flowers in all of animal crossing because they're so cool. when i looked them up in real life though they looked kinda lame. i think they actually do exist but i couldnt find any good pictures of it :(. anyways the pink one is my favourite one in animal crossing i think its really pretty and detailed and cute. i also really like using the red ones as poppies in the game because i really like the black details on them. the real red windflowers are kind of really scary to me like i really do not like the big black void in the middle it instills fear in me.
Carnation
reema flower!!! i dont rly have much to say abt this flower i think its really pretty tho i think i have some saved that are dried??? maybe??? but they are really nice i like them. i feel like they're kinda just fake roses idk like i feel like people who pick these are like oh i rly like the look of roses but like i dont wanna commit to them cus they're too much. and i fully agree w that like roses freak me out a little sometimes they're just like so crazy and so much idk. also this flower is like just fully the depiction of an 80 year old woman. like ask an old lady what her fav flower is she is SO saying carnations or some old ass sounding thing. especially in that really pretty light pink its just like soooo old lady at church in the basement during coffee hour.
